We made our way back to Dotonbori which has a 400-year history. Dotonbori has a reputation as a top tourist destination. It is a colourful district which runs alongside a canal and features some of the city's best entertainment and dining amidst a sea of neon lights, mechanised billboards and bustling streets. We had dinner here but it was so hard to choose where to eat as there are so many to choose from! We were quite overwhelmed with this area because of all the people and it was so busy; after all we come from quiet relaxed Nanaimo!! Such a vast difference but good to experience.
