It Doesn't Count If You Both Forget!

Our friends Diana and Brent invited us out for dinner. We were surprised when they arrived with a huge pot of mums and handed us a card. We looked at each other and thought "what could this be for?" To our surprise, we opened an anniversary card!! I turned to Peter and said "Did you remember it was our anniversary today?" Luckily he had forgotten too. Funny thing is that we both remembered our anniversary was nearing the week before but with all the preparations and a holiday Monday - well the anniversary slipped our minds. Oh well - we know we love each other! We've had fourteen lovely years together - and are looking forward to many more exciting years ahead as a family of three.
